Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase.
Return & Refund Conditions
Returns are only possible if you inspect the item at delivery and decide not to accept it.
In that case, you must request the return directly with the courier at the time of delivery.
- Courier fees apply whether you accept or refuse the order.

Exchange Process

Inspection – Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email.

Approval – The email will confirm whether your exchange has been approved or rejected.

Delivery – If approved, your new item will be shipped within 3–5 business days.
A courier will contact you to schedule delivery and collect the exchanged item at that time.
Important Note for Visa Payments
If you pay using Visa and later cancel the order or choose not to receive it, any eligible refund will be
processed back to your original Visa card within 10 to 14 business days from the approval of your refund request.
Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item.
