Cugino Delivery Policy

We ensure your order is delivered with care and precision.

1. Order Confirmation
   Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your size and finalize your order. Your order will only proceed after your confirmation.
2. Processing & Shipping
   Once confirmed, your order is prepared and dispatched within 48 hours. You will receive a WhatsApp message from our shipping partner with your tracking details.
3. Delivery
   Delivery takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. Our courier will call you to schedule a specific delivery time. Please ensure you are available for this call. Any changes to the delivery address must be arranged directly with the courier at this time.
4. Important Note
   If the courier cannot reach you after three consecutive business days, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
